The lawyers

Three lawyers and two paralegals, in one office on Broad Street. Whoever you first meet stays your lawyer from the first draft to the last signature.

  • Thomas Brannock, a smiling man in a navy suit leaning beside a window curtain

    Thomas Brannock

    Founding partner, wills and trusts

Thomas drafts wills and trusts for families with a house, a lot on the islands or a business to pass along.

  • Isabel Sayle, a woman with long dark hair in a black blazer, arms crossed

    Isabel Sayle

    Partner, probate and guardianship

Isabel guides executors and families through probate, and through guardianship when a parent can no longer decide.

  • Devin Rao, a man in a blue suit holding papers beside a tall office window

    Devin Rao

Associate, Medicaid planning and powers of attorney

Devin plans for long-term care, Medicaid applications and the powers of attorney a family needs before a crisis.

How we share the work

Thomas does most of the planning, Isabel most of the estates, and Devin most of the long-term care work. When a family's needs cross those lines, as they often do, we meet together on Tuesday mornings and decide who carries what.

You will always know which of us is responsible for your file, and you can reach a lawyer, not a call center, during office hours.

Meet one of us in person

A first meeting is an hour, in our office, by video or at home.
